2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances deemed to have been obtained improperly.
Age Restriction — 21+: It is a violation of these Terms to allow any person under the age of 21 to access your Account. You are solely responsible for securing your login credentials against unauthorized access by minors. jawa88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending age verification.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jawa88 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not shared with any other service. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. jawa88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, legitimate Funds (excluding Bonus balances) will be returned subject to completion of identity verification.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. jawa88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive Account balances after written notice is issued to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. All Players must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. jawa88 may also request KYC documentation at any stage during Account use, including for large deposits, unusual betting patterns, or bonus eligibility checks.

5.3 Transaction Fees. jawa88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jawa88 accepts no liability.
5.4 Source of Funds. By depositing, you confirm that all funds deposited into your jawa88 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. jawa88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jawa88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. A Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are eligible for reload and seasonal promotions at jawa88's discretion. Players found to be exploiting bonus structures through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts will have all bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses not wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated conditional winnings will be removed from the Account without further notice.
6.5 Promotional Periods. jawa88 runs seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the Chinese New Year (Imlek). Specific terms for each seasonal promotion will be published on the Platform prior to the promotional period and may differ from standard bonus terms.
7.1 Game Integrity. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jawa88's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. jawa88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
11.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform relies on third-party providers for payment processing, game content delivery, and live streaming services. jawa88 accepts no liability for disruptions, errors, or losses attributable to third-party service providers, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming.
jawa88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
13.1 Right to Amend. jawa88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining Account balance.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. 14.2 Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed-upon arbitral body. Class action claims are expressly waived.
14.3 Severability. If any clause or sub-clause of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a competent court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
